How to make a Ruffle Wedding Cake

Ruffle Wedding Cakes are so chic and modern. They give your cake a delicate modern design. The idea is really simple, all you need is some patience and the right tools to make them. A ruffled wedding cake should be made at least one day ahead, to leave the ruffles overnight in the fridge to dry. Be careful, DO NOT put a ruffle cake in the freezer. If you do so, as soon as you take it out of the freezer it will start absorbing the humidity of the air and the ruffles will fall off! This is a video of me making it… ENJOY LEARNING.
